New qualification exposes Summit Skills lack of thought for

Finally the information on the qualification reaches a national audience via an article in the Guardian.

Summit Skills were quoted as saying ".... But I recognise communications could have been better, and people are edgy.".
The above comment to those involved with the delivery of the apprentice scheme is quite possibly the understatement of the last 50 years, especially to those who have already lost jobs due to the planned changes.
